(this is all you need to get a position, spend no money until you go through ALL of these):

🕺🏾 GET UP... off of that thang and apply to some better jobs!
Here is a long list of companies that are currently hiring fully remote and they all have multiple roles open for hire right now.
I really encourage everyone to copy, steal, and plagiarize all my resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, applying, interviewing, and negotiation tips and use them for themselves to get hired because I already have multiple jobs and can just keep getting more.
ZERO GATEKEEPING!
PSA: You will NOT grow professionally if you ONLY apply to jobs that you "feel" you are a 100% fit for
I learned from an HR Director that you should only fit the job description 60-80% so that the rest is supplemented by the learning & development given to you by the company.
🐠 How to PREPARE for job interviews for roles that you have never done before (fish-out-of-water job hunting), a thread on executing a seamless career pivot:
*Please refer to this thread when you land an interview for a title you haven't officially yet held*
Here is how you answer, "what are your salary expectations?" with NO fuss or sweat.
Say: I am currently interviewing for roles that are in-between the [$ XXX,XXX K/year - $ XXX,XXX K/year range]
(letting the interviewer know that the market has already determined your value)
In your next interview, say that your biggest weakness is IMPOSTER SYNDROME and talk about how you recently overcame it by increasing your self-confidence with daily gratitude lists and acknowledging all your success metrics.
Say that it has made you a better motivator/leader.
Here is how I find good remote roles:
1. Go to Google and type in "Product Marketing Manager" jobs
2. Click the Google Job Site
3. Click "Location > Anywhere"
4. Go down the list & highlight company names
5. Right click "search Google for ..."
6. Scroll to careers tab
I want every Black girl that I know to get a 6-figure remote job, move to a new city in a REAL luxury apartment, and start traveling the world by winter.
