We're shutting down both of our spaces in soho
After almost a year and a half - we've built two soho spaces with a combined 12k sq ft, grown the community to hundreds, helped launch hundreds of companies and projects, and created a place for
Growing up & attending public schools between NYC and Tokyo, I’ve always had an internal struggle.
My Japanese side oftentimes seemed to clash with my U.S one (esp. my NYC one) and hence I always avoided being involved in anything related to advancing AAPI solidarity
Hot Take: There are no good digital community tools rn
- Slack is expensive
- FB Groups are dead
- Discord is not intuitive
- Whatsapp groups get overwhelming
- Circle is built for courses
Any other solutions/tools for this? Have not really tried Geneva or Skool yet.
