- I've been the de facto "note taker" as the only woman in the room way too many times. It's a trap. My perennial advice to young, female colleagues is - never volunteer to take notes - never volunteer to clean, ie the office kitchen Unconscious bias is real. Once you're seenReplying to @drgurner and @moseskaganDisagree a bit. The note taker for a meeting can be a powerful position. - Getting tagged and DMed this post a lot, so I'll break down exactly what to do if you want to sell your house yourself. Including transparent breakdowns of competitors/ options🧵About to sell one of the cabins I recently built for $1.4 million. I’ve always used a realtor to sell my new builds but getting hard for me to stomach paying $84K in commission. Considering a flat fee MLS listing & just negotiating with buyers agents myself. Anyone done this?
