    While I am VERY grateful for the support of any people over the recent absurd comments from the #USSF, I think it is imperative we stop using the “I have a daughter and wife” argument. Equality and respect are not personal. They are the standard.

    In all of my years in the game, I can honestly say this was the first year I felt like women’s soccer and more specifically, the #NWSL was building upon something real. I’m proud. I’m confident this is THE shift.
