- Replying to @Sug4rNillLol it says a tall is 350 cal in the app, but it looks like a grande. I used to work at Starbucks, and itβs easy to put extra sauce, syrup or whipped cream in someoneβs drink by accident. Idk how someone with an ED would not be afraid of getting a Frappe. Theyβre SO high cal
- Would you rather eat 1 plate or 3 plates? Volume eating just seems smarter because you actually feel full after.
