    Extremely exciting and blessed to announce my commitment to Jackson State University. Can thank the coaches and mentors enough for the countless hours and dedication put into me. I appreciate what everyone throughout the journey, this is just the beginning.

    Been working on my speed a lot throughout the off season. Here I’m running up to 15mph with the motorized treadmill and got up to 13.9 on the self propelled treadmill.
