Judge says preserving the status quo can itself be a risk. In this case could put off potential buyer while Lex Dominus cannot proceed. Refuses injunction!

- Congratulations to @SandgaardThomas. Plenty of questions but they can wait for another day. Confident #cafc is in good hands at last.
- The idea that final matches can be played on Wednesday and the @EFL can then consider an appeal for Wigan days later that could change who gets relegated is beyond ridiculous - even by the league’s low standards.
- I think that’s enough court reporting for today. Well done to Lauren Kreamer. By the time Lex Dominus get near a trial this will hopefully be over as far as #cafc is concerned.
- One of those afternoons when all the difficult times become worthwhile. That was a great performance by #cafc and there is no decision to make over appointing JJ. There simply isn’t anyone available who is going to do better than that.
- Believe that’s the first time #cafc have won five in a row since the spring of 2012 en route to the League One title under Chris Powell. Regardless, massive win and hugely promising for the season.
- Finally! It took fans seven years and 2.5 months to get back to The Valley and almost six years to get rid of Roland Duchatelet. The former turned into a great opportunity for #cafc and hopefully the latter will too. But that was definitely my last Charlton campaign, regardless!
- Here we go again. Court of Appeal to hear the Lex Dominus appeal in one or two weeks’ time. Never mind the #cafc season, or the fans, let’s discuss nonsense put together by two groups of villains who don’t give a damn about the club.
- Apparently, someone named Paul Elliott put out a statement. I checked if it was our ex-player but it wasn’t. So nothing to do with #cafc then. Next.
- Nimer, Mihail and Florica - the three #cafc directors – have now taken a public stand against ESI2 by rejecting Dave Jones' appointment. This is the first instalment of the ownership drama and they are the good guys in this episode, to be clear.
- Well deserved over the last six months and a big achievement by Nathan Jones to turn it round. So relieved to be out of that division. Let’s never, ever go back there again! #cafc 👏 👏 👏
