I hope all the "I flew up in Creative Mode and killed the Warden on my fifth try so the Mace is too overpowered" folks are happy now that the weapon has been reduced to a gimmick. That makes two "cool new weapons" being turned into situational gimmicks (see also the Trident).

Here's my idea on how to add fog to the Pale Garden without changing the panorama: Make it this biome's weather event instead of rain! Rain already feels out of place in the Pale Garden, so imagine a replacement with thick fog and Creakings roaming during the day. Extra spooky!

Hardcore should NOT be releasing now on Bedrock. People are going to lose their worlds. I've found proof of another unfair death bug in the latest version of Minecraft. This one is related to the Ghost Bridging bug from my tweet below. It was recorded *1 day ago* on Xbox One.

Mojang is going to cement Bedrock as The Buggy Version even more if they release Hardcore with save-destroying bugs like this. Why should swords be the best weapon all the time? They're the highest durability, highest damage, fastest, and cheapest (2 diamonds + 1 netherite ingot is nothing). They've also been the top weapon since 2011. It's so boring.

The fact that Mojang is adding Hardcore to Bedrock in this state is WILDLY irresponsible. Here is a bug I can consistently reproduce on 1.21.40.23, the latest preview, and basically what is going to release with Hardcore. Random fall damage trident desync:

The Mace would have given Trial Chambers an excellent purpose and pushed the combat meta beyond the survival limit, allowing stronger, tankier mobs/bosses in future updates. Now that they're weaker than swords, we're back to "Why would you ever not use a sword + bow?"

So... Mojang definitely just killed the How Did We Get Here advancement, right? Getting Bad Omen, Raid Omen, and Trial Omen at the same time, when Raid Omen lasts for just 30 seconds, may just not be possible. (When you already have to consider Dolphin's Grace, Darkness, etc.)

Since Mojang has brought redstone order randomization to Java in the latest snapshot (experimentally), we should shut this down before it gains any more traction. Randomness only removes creativity. It does not add anything. It makes some configurations unusable in circuits!

Randomization has no place in a circuit, but not just because redstoners hate randomness. It's because it makes all the configurations with randomness unusable. This middle configuration can never be used in a build because it is unpredictable. Randomness removes functionality.

Currently, rain in the Pale Garden feels totally out of place: 1.) It breaks the silence of the biome. 2.) It breaks the grayscale color scheme. Replacing rain with a thick fog would help maintain the biome's atmosphere during weather, while adding the thick fog people want!
