    Antonio Basco arrived at the service and instead of going right inside the La Paz Faith Center walked down the street to greet the people who showed up. People told him “You’re not alone” and “We’re your family.”

    Jose Delgado who run’s Carter’s Flowers with his wife has dropped off at least 70 arrangements today with no end in sight. “What happened is heartbreaking but seeing everyone come together is beautiful,” said Delgado choking back tears before taking off to pick up more flowers.

    A 9-yr-old Haitian boy is expected to be separated by @CBP from his 19-yr-old brother he was traveling w/to the US. Older brother was traveling w/a student visa, but was stopped due to a missing a form & update in SEVIS. An attorney said the 9-yr-old will be sent to ORR tomorrow.

    Trump right now "The Flores decision is a disaster. I have to tell you Judge Flores whoever you may be, that decision was a disaster for our country." It's called the Flores settlement agreement because that was the name of the plaintiff in the 1985 case, not a judge.

    The White House press pool visited the McAllen Border Patrol station today and saw 384 in cages with no mats or pillows. When the men saw reporters they started yelling that they'd been locked up there for 40 days or longer.

    The Department of Health and Human Services said the children who have already been separated will not be reunited with their parents. "For the minors currently in the unaccompanied alien children program, the sponsorship process will proceed as usual."

    Citing COVID-19 concerns, a federal judge has ordered ICE to release all immigrant children, detained inside its three family detention centers for more than 20 days, by July 17. Yesterday we reported that 11 people inside one of these facilities tested positive for the disease.
