Lol what should he do? Sit there for the last 30 seconds and just clap after.
Man has gone straight down into the changing room.
What a weird comment - seriously.
Why is it pushing it?
They won a European trophy and put 100% effort into it.
If that was us, either our fanbase or the squad would look down on it, lose and then say “the PL is more important”.
Agree!
All of our “good” players couldn’t win against a weakened Liverpool with two GREAT (world class) players (TAA & Alisson).
Good is the enemy of GREAT. AFC are simply just a “good” team
Honestly, there was nothing but arrogance from fans thinking we shouldn’t play our best XI.
Then the players think they can score and then stroll to a W.
YOU CANNOT BE SO CASUAL WHEN YOU HAVE NO EUROPEAN PEDIGREE!!!!
Well, that was a horrendous second half. A dreadful night for Arsenal after taking the lead. Add Saka's injury on top of that and it really couldn't have gone much worse.
Dunno what’s happening to football nowadays.
Offensive players aren’t being judged for offensive stats & improving the team offensively…
Jack has not improved this City team. Was decent last season but hardly a trailblazer
I actually like Darwin but he’s a very erratic striker lol. The bottom two didn’t cost their clubs £80m…..
Compare him to those who he was bought to match aka Haaland, Kane etc
Since signing for Liverpool ( all comps.) :
Darwin "The Flop" Nunez:
25 goals
Bukayo "The best thing since sliced bread" Saka:
24 goals
Marcus "Can`t stop scoring" Rashford:
14 goals
Raya = unnecessary signing (ZERO difference to Ramsdale, both 6/10 keepers!)
Havertz = completely unnecessary signing (hasn’t been awful but don’t need him!)
Things can turn but Mikel’s actions need accountability.
These are poor transfer decisions costing the team now.
