- Many I’ve talked to in NHL - players, management, etc - are fed up with the Covid protocol. One called it a “charade.” The overall frustrated feeling can be summed up as: “These are some of the fittest people on the planet, they’re vaxxed, and nobody ever gets really sick.Enough”
- This is why it’s become a rich kid sport, and it’s greatly hurt the game.
- Nathan MacKinnon when asked if he’s tired or worried about playing again tomorrow. “No. It’s why I win fitness testing every year. I’ll be buzzing tomorrow”
- I'm told that Claude Giroux has made it known to Flyers GM Chuck Fletcher that Colorado is where he wants to go. If somehow that doesn't work out, Minnesota or St. Louis would be acceptable alternatives @ColHockeyNow
- This will blow up as a big scandal for NHL Dept. of Player Safety - as it shouldCogliano has a neck fracture. Please tell me again @NHLPlayerSafety how this is NOT A SUSPENSION !!!!! Own it!! You done F’d up!!

- Gabe Landeskog on Kane hit on Kadri: “those are the ones that send a chill down your spine. … you’re taught at a young age not to do things like that…I’m sure the League will take a look at it”
- Ryan Reaves with a suspendable after-the-whistle bunch of crap that appeared to seriously hurt Graves. Terrible hockey player
- Jon Cooper had too many millions (18) over the cap two years ago. One extra guy on the ice, that had no bearing on the OT goal, guess he’ll just have to live with it
