- We’ve had 2 free taxi rides around London because they said they’ve been inspired so much by me winning gold. One of them swims 4 times a week since seeing me win in Rio, crazy how much of an impact you don’t realise you have had! Got to love this country 🇬🇧
- Over the moon, no one could spoil this moment (they have tried) 🖤

- I gave my heart, my soul and pretty much every single inch of me to these Olympic Games. To come away with 2 Olympic Golds, a WR and a silver has been incredible but not achievable without @massivemel I’m so proud to be under her wing and so proud to do it for me. It’s been hard.
- When I was a kid I wanted to be the fastest british man ever, now 10 years later I hold all the fastest times in world history. Never put a limit on your dream.
- Well I’ve been waiting along time to say this but I’m going on @bbcstrictly 😅😅😅 I actually can’t believe I’m taking these legs out of the pool and onto the dance floor! Who’s excited?!
