    My @ccm_medishare #HealthCoach said I needed to celebrate more on my journey … it’s not a flattering pic but I can now tuck my shirt in and keep it in with my belt. In the past I’ve always just worn my polos out and never tucked them in. For me this is a win.

    A year ago tonight changed my life … God knew what was going on & saved my life … 18,000 items of blood clots in my body w/2 major ones on my lungs … a week later I walked out of the hospital w/a new look on life … down 60 pounds & a healthier life

    October 4, 2021 - came home from the hospital after surviving CoVid & MAJOR blood clots … barley walk around the house. October 4, 2022 - jog/walk over 2 miles now in 40 min & jog on the football field … down about 60 pounds & healthier! God is so good! I’m a walking miracle!

    Congrats to @ETBU_Baseball for a final ranking of 5th by @d3baseball despite sweeping Salisbury in the World Series … finished tied for 3rd at the WS with only 2 losses to NC Lynchburg … not sure what else y’all can do to get more respect!!! Guess you just have to win it all!
