- I just don’t really understand why the Prime Minister is running around playing sport with little kids to be honest.
- Appears very clear it is a Scott Morrison tactic at press conferences to talk down the clock to avoid taking questions
- Providing universal rapid antigens, as the UK has done, could also be seen as an economic measure. The quicker people get a positive result, the quicker they will isolate, not infecting workmates, workplaces etc
- Seven days of journalists running with utmost seriousness a yarn that was never going to happen. Bizarre stuff, particularly by 9 newspapers.

- Between Gladys unilaterally calling a “national emergency” after failing to lock down in time and the PM refusing to give South West Sydney more Pfizer after praising Berejiklian for not locking down early on June 23 ..... my god ....
- Having attempted to argue her private life should remain private and has never had a bearing on her job, the NSW premier does a front page interview on ... her private life ... with a gossip columnist. 2020 really has jumped the shark.
- Is it too cynical to suggest some polling on the Novak issue could be happening overnight?
- If we can’t live with the virus until higher vaccination, how on earth was a tight lockdown not on three and a half weeks ago? Serious questions headed for @GladysB out of this
- “We won’t hesitate to go harder if we have to” .. yet you are hesitating ?
- When outbreaks are under control, it's the brilliant work of the NSW government. When they're out of control, it's the public's fault
- Judging by the stories I keep hearing anecdotally of people not bothering with PCRs after positive RATS I would say nsw daily case number way above 38k
