Big thanks to @Jacksepticeye for helping cover Stop Killing Games! Seeing all these people support the movement makes me feel less crazy!

- Today's the #StopKillingGames promotion day planned by the volunteers! I encourage people to make a post with that hashtag. I'm just following orders though, it's safe to label me as a boomer in regards to social media.
- This should be illegal and needs to be tested by the courts. The consumer was sold a perpetual license and the seller revoked it after the point of sale. In any other industry this would violate consumer law, but the courts are unaware or don't want to examine this issue. So I am now officially never buying a Vegas editing software again. The Developers have removed Vegas Pro Edit 15 for purchase on Steam and are now revoking licenses for the software. I'm now out $150 and no longer have an editing software. Very cool! Please retweet for awareness
- The site says we have cleared 1 million signatures! I hate being like this, but there's a chance a significant number of them aren't real. That means we have to keep signing in overdrive mode to make up for them! I'll have a video on this later today. eci.ec.europa.eu/045/public/#/s…
- We have passed 900k signatures! I said this in August, and I hate saying it again: Every person who makes a mistake on the signing gets theirs invalidated, so we have to go into overdrive to make up for them. 10%? 20%? 40%? We can't stop at 1 million! eci.ec.europa.eu/045/public/#/s…
- We have passed 700k signatures! Even though this just the EU, people in other countries will likely get the benefits if passed, since once a publisher makes an EOL build, the work is already done, they may as well distribute it globally. eci.ec.europa.eu/045/public/#/s…
- I know I'm always complaining about tinting and light color values in games, but I'm posting this here anyway so I feel less crazy. Oblivion original v. remake:
- We have passed 800k! This is suspenseful for me, since I've seen the momentum crash once before and I'm sure people know how interest can surge then fall off quickly online. I don't see this as a sure thing, but if we keep this up, we could make it! eci.ec.europa.eu/045/public/#/s…
- We have passed 500k signatures! I didn't enjoy making the last video on the initiative, but it seems like it really removed a roadblock we were having with the momentum. It's anyone's guess how long we can keep it going, but it has more of a chance now. eci.ec.europa.eu/045/public/#/s…
- The UK petition has reached 100k signatures! This means it will be brought before Parliament and we can ignore the old garbage answer that didn't address the problem. Will have a video on it later. Keep signing for safety margins!
- If anyone doubts how powerful the EU initiative can be, Video Games Europe, an industry lobbying group, has unsurprisingly come out against SKG. The arguments against allowing you to keep your purchase are flimsy. I'll have a video on it in a day or two.
- I was just sent this. Nothing but thanks to PewDiePie! Although you CAN sign the initiative no matter where you live, as long as you're a citizen of an EU country or the UK.
- The signing for the EU initiative is now closed! Looks like the final count was 1448271 signatures! I think this will probably be a safe margin, so this should be brought before the EU Commission later! I'll have a video out in a few days going over more. Thanks for the help!
- I've been asked about the steam/itch censorship situation. If a company removes a bought game from customers with no notice + a way to back it up, that's exactly the situation that would be covered under SKG. SKG would not stop delistings though, that's 1000x harder legally.
