- I can think of a few things I wish I was “taught” en route to becoming a pro (how to file taxes in 9 states, saving when you earn a wage below the poverty line, packing to live like a nomad) but winning was learned at the rec level (participation trophies weren’t a thing in 90s)
- Absolute bullshit. Referee threw the game...per usual. Check yourself @PROreferees

- #NWGSD I always believed that I could play with the boys and one day play professional soccer because of the example my badass mom set for me. From 1976-1979 just after Title IX passed she played on Ashland Univ. men’s soccer team
