- Moderna has been approved in Canada for the under 5 group. Give us a second while we ugly cry.
- We probably know more about vaccine access than anyone not doing this professionally. We’re also 3 people with 6 kids too young to be vaccinated. We’ll have more thoughts and action items later but right now we’re in shock and grappling with our kids being abandoned. #COVID19AB
- Just a reminder to those who seem to have forgotten (including, apparently, @jkenney, @shandro, and @sunrickbell) that kids under 12 cannot currently be vaccinated and lifting mask mandates prematurely puts children at risk. #COVID19AB

- As other provinces announce their roll out plans for the bivalent boosters, Alberta once again is radio silent. Why do we have to launch a public campaign every single time to beg the government to do what other provinces are already doing? [1/5]
- Hey @ahs_media is there a timeline on opening up second doses for people who received their first in April? There's 117k unbooked between now and June 13th before they become eligible and thousands more at pharmacies. Any word on moving that date up? #abvax
- We appreciate the province wants to keep appointments available for first doses but THOUSANDS of appointments are unbooked every day. We are wasting time that could be used giving second doses to vulnerable people in 2B to try to reach the reopening target sooner. #COVID19AB
- Alberta! We did some back of the napkin math. 2.855m Albertans 12+ need to be vaccinated to reach 75%. We have 1.817m with at least one dose. With scheduled deliveries + doses on hand, we can have 3m with first dose by June 4 if we can GET EVERYONE BOOKED. #abvax
- Two kids who have put up with months of their mothers ignoring them to help other people get vaccinated finally got to get their own first doses today! Only four more junior vax hunters to go! (Hurry up, approval for under 5s.)
