At @ParchaHQ we saw coding costs explode so we built our own IDE that does routing at the harness level e.g. Claude Code for planning, Codex for long running execution, Cursor for bugs. Plus custom routing, remote sessions, a browser inspector and voice interface. Now it's

It’s amazing to see how @ycombinator under @garrytan is breathing so much life back into SF. ~ 500 YC startups come to SF every year. The majority will stay, many will employ dozens of people and some will go on to employ hundreds or thousands… SF is so back! Roar!!!

When @ammaar published a children's book in a weekend using AI, I had to know how he did it so I could make one for my kids. We caught up a few weeks ago and recorded a video of the step-by-step process using ChatGPT, MidJourney and @pixelmator. youtu.be/A-o44gzEuxU

Jensen has 60 direct reports. He believes that having less hierarchy creates more equal access to information. So no 1-1s: “I give you feedback right there in front of everybody. Learning from other people’s mistakes is the best way to learn. Why learn from your own mistakes?"
