- I see “4 and 5 star” kids don’t defend.. don’t run back on defense.. disrespect their coaches.. workout with beanies on… and wonder why their game doesn’t translate to the highest level. Basketball is a game of respect. If you disrespect the game it will disrespect you.
- Coaches killing their former players in the transfer portal.. cut it out. Let those kids be who they are and live their dreams. Stop trying to to shut down a new opportunity because it didn’t work out at your spot. Great teachers inspire positive change.
- First 5 years in coaching. Grateful for the Journey, the relationships, and the experiences. My personal goals are to inspire.. to create and to be remembered as a teacher. 🤲🏾🏁🔒 #TMC
