- If you're making a duct tape dummy I'd HIGHLY SUGGEST doing a criss cross pattern. Horizontal strips all over is super weak, busts open, and is frustrating to work with. Make a bunch of X's. Way stronger and a better DTD makes a better fitting suit for you. See figure 1.c
