This is how I would approach visually analysing an artwork in school, its a simple process taught to all art students: Describe, Analyse, Interpret, Judge
Artists and designers distill a lot of information into one single visual image, its your job to pick up on that information
I genuinely believe visual analysis should be taught alongside literary analysis in english classes, rather than locked in visual arts.
Because my fifth grade visual arts class would be able to tell that this image has malicious and violent implications
