- 6’2 325 , Lots of muscle and athleticism not too much fat.
O Linemen, It will be hard for coaches to take you serious if you are under 275 pounds. You cant control you height, but you can control that weight. Personally, I would prefer y'all not be over 325. I believe the sweet spot is 275-325 depending on your height.
