- Friendly PSA to all the high school athletes out there: As a recruiter, I care what your H.S. coach has to say. I DO NOT care what your personal trainer has to say-regardless of his/her personal accomplishments - their accomplishments are theirs and do nothing for you. #HSCoaches
- Games are won: in the weight room, in the meeting room, in the training room and on the practice field. If those things are not important to you, don't be surprised or disappointed when you don't play as much as "you deserve". Your role is what you earn. #BeGreat
- Jr. High, High School, College football players: If you are missing workouts, throwing sessions or meetings you don't need to worry about playing time/ starting/advancing to the next level-whichever is your goal. Your actions have already determined your results. #BeGolden

- This earthly life is unpredictable. Yesterday was a great day for @CSPBearsFB -we hosted our Twin City Showcase. Today was an awful day as we learned that our brother @bj_brow12 was called home. I only had the pleasure to work with him a short time but he was a dream to work with

- If you felt under-recruited, that's ok - use it as fuel to drive you to be great. If you accepted a PWO or signed with a team at a level lower than you thought you would, don't lose sight that YOUR new coaches saw something in you - it's your shot. Be loyal & grateful to them!
- At some point there is NO EXCUSE. Either you want to do EVERYTHING it takes to MAKE it happen or you don’t. You cannot negotiate the cost of greatness.
