    The other night my daughter got sick. We were up for a bit, cleaning & doing laundry. Never did she ask "But daddy did you play D1?" or "How many people were in the stands?" No - she wanted daddy. That's it. To the people who really matter, those things don't really matter.

    Big day. Ryker John Nutt. Born 12.9.21 at 7:27am; 7lb 13oz, 21.5inches long. Kara blew everyone away in the birthing process. Abigail is great so far - we'll see what happens when we bring him home. This is my family. I am a blessed man.

    The seniors that go 4 years through @DordtFB continually leave it better than they found it. It's not easy. You're elite if you make it through. But it's so worth it. I'm thankful for what these guys did for our Defense. We are better because of them. #FTF // #TheDifference

    Recruit a kid from Houston. Watch him struggle. Watch him learn. Watch him grow. Then he turns into an All Conference LB & Captain. Today I got to watch Josh profess his Faith and get Baptized, & this summer I get to watch him get married. It doesn't get much cooler!

    These Defensive Seniors finished the last 2 games of their career 129-0. They set tons of records - individual, game, & career. They made @DordtFB a dominant football program. They are grown men. They are family. I'm better because of them. #FTF #TheDifference
