- High school coaching is not for the weak. It’s countless hours spent in this field. It’s not just a show up and coach on game days. There’s so much more behind the scenes that high school coaches do that goes unnoticed by many.

- Athletes‼️‼️ Do a better job of using social media to your recruiting advantage. Too many college coaches are on social media, and you need to get seen! Here are some helpful tips to consider below:

- Basketball Parents‼️ I saw a lot of y’all filming your athletes over the weekend..which is great, but what specifically are you doing with game film after these tournaments? Here’s a few helpful tips to consider when it comes to summer game film👇🏾
- Parents: Always encourage your child to fight their own battles. When it comes to playing time, improvements, and just communicating, I would rather speak to the athlete than the parent. Nothing against parents..this just teaches our athletes to be advocates for themselves.
- Twitter is flooded right now with high school girl hoopers posting their offers. Remember to celebrate your teammates and friends. Don’t forget.. your time will come. Continue to get in the gym and work on your craft so you’ll be next up! Don’t get envious..just get focused..
- SOUTH CAROLINA JUST GOT A HUGE WIN TONIGHT! So proud of this girl. One of my first athletes I’ve ever coached, is now headed to play Division 1 Basketball! Anything is possible when you put in the work and never give up on your dreams!❤️ @TacAdhel @GamecockWBB @dawnstaley

- Athletes: Don’t ever be upset, angry, or feel like you’re getting “picked on” when a coach is hard on you. Your coach sees potential in you. I didn’t learn this till I was older. I thought my coach “hated” me, but truly she saw something special in me that I didn’t see in myself.
- So glad @777NRH is coming to Dallas to pour into our @DallasWings players! What she accomplished in such little time is a testament to her work ethic, passion for the game, and dedication to finding ways to not only win, but pour love into these women. It’s going to be a greatThere will be others but ROSE will always be THE FIRST👑🌹
