The concept of Barrel depth and taking the hands out of the swing can work for some hitters, it can cripple others. If your swing feels long, around and slow, this drill will help you. Barrel out front to CF

High Tee done right should be a staple of any hitting routine. Notice how the first ball he hits stays on a line. That’s 🔑. Don’t learn to turn the barrel without learning how to control the barrel. Also notice how he isn’t happy with the second rep!! ✅

David Dahl - Early Go drill. Start the hitter on a verbal cue before your arm swing in flips. Force the hitter to start early, get to their spot and control it. @ddahl21

This #fridaydrill is explaining hand launch without hand push. I use the term "short hands, long barrel"

I use high tee a lot! Hit the ball head high. Here’s why: 1. Front arm and front shoulder stay flat. No forced elevation. 2. Barrel control, top hand down feel. Then for some hitters I blend the high tee feel w/ a “finish low” constraint in flips or BP.
