Jim, post your video we took definitive action and removed this feature in the Free and Trial accounts last July. Besides, we now seek approval from the end user to enable Blank Screen. We stand with you in your commitment to stop scammers and condemn abuse of our services. ^PP

Our official domain used is zohocorp.com. Please understand that we provide email services alongwith the 40+ other services for businesses. While most people choose to add their own domain, we also do have customers who use the individual-type domain like above. ^PP
