More than 1,000 Mozambicans are thought to have died in #CycloneIdai, President Filipe Nyusi has just said, in comments carried on Radio Moçambique.
"The Pungue and Buzi rivers have burst their banks, and from the air, many bodies can be seen floating," he said.
