After some fiery remarks from Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss's lawyer, Giuliani (who called into hearing) interrupted and said the lawyer was making "defamatory remarks." The judge threatened to cut off Giuliani's line.Less than an hour before the hearing, Giuliani changes positions again. Giuliani now wants to just dismiss his bankruptcy, rather than trying to convert it to Chapter 7 liquidation.
