8 month's between the two and 17kg. 53kg on the left 70kg on the right. I knew I gained weight, seeing it like this however sucks on another level. I have never been this disgusted. In desperate need of (quick) diets. Feel free to reply with said diet and your results. ♡

What you to see vs what you don't. You shouldn't believe everything on the internet. People pose to look better and only show the ones where they look best, can't blame them. But it's unrealistic to flex 24/7, I'm pretty sure everyone sits, breathes, eats and shits.

I noticed something. Ppl have 2 categories for fat bodies "desirable" vs "undesirable". Desirable one has curves on the "right" places and a nice fat distribution. Undesirable has not much luck with fat distribution and curves. There's a massive difference in how they're treated.
