    After speaking to Crouch End we understand someone called for copies, was told that what stock they had was reserved, with apology. No mention of values. It is unfair and inaccurate to characterise otherwise, although we appreciate it may promote your book.

    We have received some messages about an employee who has been dismissed. This was on the grounds of contravening Waterstones policies and has nothing to do with transgender rights.

    Hi Nikki, would you mind sharing which shops you visited? We have only a handful of shops waiting on stock currently and it should have been possible to find a copy in all the rest.

    Hi there. Thank you for letting us know about your son's experience in this shop. This would go against our principles as booksellers and requires thorough investigation, so we will speak to the shop team and take any appropriate action. The book is widely available in our shops.

    Hello! There could be a multitude of reasons why a book may not be on the shelf but is in the back, most commonly that the copy on the shelf has sold and simply needs replenishing. You're welcome to send a DM as I'll gladly elaborate further 😊 - Anthony

    If you pre-ordered A Court of Silver Flames, rest assured: we've been processing it all weekend for delivery as close to publication day as possible without breaking its embargo. Unavoidable factors like customs may delay some orders; most, if not all, will arrive on Tuesday.

    Hi Graham, our initial order of Time to Think has sold quickly and we are simply awaiting new stock to arrive in shops.

    Our warehouse team are doing a big fix within the systems today. Whilst this will hopefully help with some of the delays going forwards, it means the team today may not be able to sort your issue immediately. I am very sorry for any inconvenience.
