Very sad news this morning to hear of the passing of Joe Thompson at the age of just 36. He played for Wrexham during the 2014/15 season under Kevin Wilkin. Joe had been battling cancer for a third time and had been a huge inspiration with his fight and positivity. RIP Joe 🖤

A year ago, Max Cleworth hadn’t scored a single league goal for Wrexham. Twelve months on, he’s now the highest scoring defender out of all divisions from the Premier League down to League 2. This includes wing backs and full backs. Thanks to @JGEllinson for the heads up 👍

4️⃣0️⃣ The brilliant Paul Mullin @PMullin7 has now scored 40 goals in the least number of games for Wrexham in the modern league era (over 100 years ago). Paul has reached the total in just 54 games, and breaks the record held by the great Tommy Bamford, who did it in 55 games.
