- It's with a heavy heart today that I share the news that one of our under 14s Coaches, Sam Faro, lost his fight against Covid-19 and has passed away this week (30th). He had been ill for many weeks.
- 3G Pitch Update! As you can probably see our pitch is almost complete. We are hoping to see it finished by the beginning of December.
- 3G Pitch Update! The pitch is finally almost finished! Over a couple of days we have had all of the markings laid out for all the smaller pitches, and recently had all of our new goals delivered!
- After many months of negotiations between the club, Adur & Worthing Councils and the Football Foundation, the councils have announced plans for a new 3G pitch at Palatine Park. worthingherald.co.uk/news/plans-for…

- 3G Pitch Update: The levelling layer has been fully laid out and is now being prepared for the top layer which we had delivered yesterday morning. Hopefully we will have more progress to share later this week!
- A massive thank you to all at Brighton & Hove Albion girls RTC who hosted our U13 & U15 boys teams today and presented John Treacy with a commemorative Brighton shirt as a mark of respect to Sam Faro. ⚽️🖤💙
- Sam had volunteered with Worthing Town FC for over 18 years, as a player, a coach and all round supporter of anything and everything the club did. He will be sorely missed but not forgotten. Pauline CEO

- Following the events over the weekend we want to take the opportunity to ensure that everyone is aware that Worthing Town FC does house an AED (Emergency Defibrillator). It is positioned inside the clubhouse building in the reception area, on the wall by the office. (See photos)
