- Fall baseball is calling our name! September 17 and 18, WF Great Lakes will be participating in the Exposure at the Grands Fall round robin tournament #WFNation
- Our squad is back for some quick fall action this weekend, playing in @ExposedatGrands We’re excited to see some familiar faces, as well as some new ones for a weekend Roster, schedule, and probable pitchers all listed below:
- The Wow Factor Great Lakes 16u MI Scout Team will be hosting tryouts for next summer on July 18 at Forest Hills Eastern. If you are interested please contact by email or dm @coachbradyowen for more information. The tryouts will be $25 per player
- We take the championship game by score of 9-2 @ColeLawton3 goes 5IP, giving up 1ER with 3K and picks up the win @MichaelHurlbut1 and @TrevWalt2025 combine to throw the last 2 innings, with Walter striking out the final batter
- We win this morning 12-1 @OBarrett13 goes 3-5 w/ 2RBI and 3SB Mitch Beyer and @ColeLawton3 also add 2RBI @CamPallo14 and @MichaelHurlbut1 each hit doubles and add an RBI @KamdenClark23 and @TrevWalt2025 both go 2-4 with RBI’s @BenFaus10 adds a 3B
- Congrats to @fischer_paxton and @CamPallo14 (2026) for earning All-Tournament Pitchers in the #wwba @pierceginzer (2026) and @Manel4848 (2025) also took home All-Tournament Hitter awards down south as well Excited for all our guys future! @PG_OhioValley @PG_Scouting
- We win game 4 by score of 3-0 to go 3-1 on the weekend @OBarrett13 and @CarsonPalmer02 both have 2 hits @TrevWalt2025 had a 2B and 2 RBI Mitch Beyer, @BenFaus10, @TyWaz2, and @ivankosmerick also pick up hits Fausey starts and Ty finishes the game, each throwing 3IP, 0ER
- 4-0 in Pool play @ColeLawton3 goes 6 strong allowing 2 hits, 2 BB’s, 9K’s while also adding 2 hits, including a 3B and 2 RBI’s @TrevWalt2025 goes 3-3 with a 2B and RBI @OBarrett13, @Manel4848, @MichaelHurlbut1, Quinton Bell all have 2 hits and at least 1 RBI
