On accuracy: our new auto-cleanup setting may have affected other settings as well. We're testing a rollback now. We're also working on an upgraded speech recognition model for better accuracy and latency. All users are on the same model, so improvements reach everyone at once.

On outages: we've been scaling up infrastructure and the rollout hit unexpected instability. We've since built in redundancy so a single provider going down doesn't take us with it, plus proper health monitoring and an on-call rotation.
