    No School = No Practice. Optional Workout #1: Grab a shovel & help your parents & neighbors out by scooping their drives/walks. Optional Workout #2: Find a hill, sled down it, run back to the top. Set your own reps & recover based on length & slope of hill. Better than Fortnite!

    Today, Friday April 17th 2020 will never be forgotten. Even though today’s cancellation of the TnF season was expected, it does not make it easier to cope with. We miss our student-athletes in so many ways and hate this for our kids, especially our seniors. Better days are ahead

    MT&F in the NCAA DIII Outdoor Track and Field Championships: 400m Hurdles Final: Dallas Wright, 1st, 51.35. Wright earns All-American status and becomes the first Knight since 2001 to win the event. #d3tf #NCAATF

    In all my years of coaching I've yet to hear an athlete say "I really regret going out for (insert sport here) and being a part of that program". You are only in high school one time. Make the absolute most out of it that you can!

    Congrats to all of the @RRCActivities teams/athletes/coaches on a great state meet! 4 girls & 4 boys teams in the top 16 overall in 3A, 12 individual state champions, 2 relay state titles, 15 girls individual and 4 relays in top 5 & 12 boys individual and 8 relays in the top 5!

    4x800m Relay squad of Cutler Palar-Tristen Kessler-Kyle Miller-Kolby Fritz run 8:16.40 to finish 12th. Season best by almost 8 seconds and third fastest time ever in CHS history! Thank you Cut for being a great senior leader for these 3 sophs and the entire group of #DaveysDudes
