Please share and/or give! We're gearing up to do another distro on Wednesday! Venmo at sfneighbors ❤️❤️❤️ Also, do you have clean/good condition socks, blankets, gloves, or rain gear? Let me know and I will pick them up! With @Solidarity_SF
Graphic of a rainy city seen from below. The text at the top reads, "Help Our Unhoused Neighbors Survive the Rain!" Rain is in big yellow letters on top of a big red heart. The text reads "San Francisco Neighbors Solidarity Network is providing tarps, socks, and emergency supplies to our unhoused neighbors. Venmo: SFNeighbors" with a blue Venmo logo.

Back when AirBnB started it was like natural hosts renting out their cute homes and being like, "There's craft beer for you in the fridge!" and now it's someone's 80th rental property with plastic Ikea furniture and it's also out of soap.

Did you know? "SAY HER NAME" was created by Black people to highlight the murders of Black women, esp by the police "REST IN POWER" was created by Black people to mourn the deaths of Black people in the struggle.

The most memorable one was in LA and it was some bro's bungalow who clearly never lived there. And the only soap available was a half-used bar in the moldy slimy tub we referred to as "dicksoap". I also got pinkeye afterwords 😭

I do find constant Covid precautions to be hard. It is not just “giving up brunch.” It touches every part of my life, every day. So many constant decisions and risks calculated. The burden on individuals is real. It should have never been this way.

1.12 million Americans have died of Covid, more than in both World Wars combined. Millions more have been disabled, or are forced to continue isolating. Thousands die each week.

Should your kid charge you for being brought into this world without a choice?

Because bringing your lunch takes time set aside, and the ability go grocery shopping. All things teenagers typically don't have.

Believing survivors/victims of domestic abuse is not the same thing as believing police or the media. At all.
