- Another chap who may have played his last game is club legend, former captain, committee/life member and top bloke - @robhoughton1. Rob’s adamant he’s finished but we hope he doesn’t stick to it. Regardless, 25+ seasons is a serious knock - they don’t make them like Rob anymore!
- We are delighted to announce the signing of West Indies international Jonathan Carter as professional for 2019! Jonathan is an exciting Left Hand batsman and Right Arm Fast bowler who made his international debut in 2015 against South Africa. Welcome to the club Jonathan!

- It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Life Member Tony Sharples. He was a great friend and colleague to many people. Tony served as Club Secretary and Committee for many years and worked very hard to help run the Club at both the old and new venues for over 30
