We're proud of the heroic actions taken Saturday night by Cadet Larry Pickett Jr, a second-year cadet & @ArmyWP_Football player, & his father who are seen pulling a driver to safety in a video online taken by the family. Their actions are the embodiment of the @USArmy Values.

The investigating officer concluded that the cadets were playing a common game, popular among teenagers today, known as the “circle game” and the intent was not associated with ideologies or movements that are contrary to the Army values.

Four U.S. Military Academy cadets were among the 32 U.S. Rhodes Scholarship awardees named Sunday. Cadets Hannah Blakey, Holland Pratt, Veronica Lucian and Krista Flinkstrom will study at the University of Oxford next fall as recipients of this award. westpoint.edu/news/press-rel…
