    Before you decide to go carnivore or keto or do intermittent fasting etc. try this: Stop eating junk food every day Stop getting shitfaced every other weekend Bump up your protein intake Drink plenty of water daily Sleep 7-8 hours every night Just start with the basics.

    All older guys (let's say 35+) will give younger guys (<25) the same sort of advice: You have more opportunity than you realize. Seize it. Take more chances. Fail. None of it is a big deal. It's the same advice we'd give ourselves if we were 20 again.

    At a bare minimum they should be teaching the following in high school: A course on personal finance A course on weight training/exercise science A course on nutrition A course on how to manage emotions (mixture of philosophy/psychology) We'd all benefit immensely.

    List of items the avg guy thinks is "gay": Chelsea boots Shorts above the knees Double monks Trousers with no break Slim denim jeans Fitted turtleneck sweaters etc. Reality? The avg guy doesn't have the confidence, demeanor, physique, or sauce to pull these things off well.

    Do the things that will put you into an elite category: 1) Train hard and eat well 2) Dress like a boss 3) Spend less than you make and invest the rest 4) Start a business, volunteer, be of value to the world. Think producer over consumer 5) Cultivate a winner's attitude

    As a man you should... Have a high chill factor (slow to anger) Do hard shit Be allergic to whining and complaining Do what you say (man of action) Have a sense of humor Work on cultivating these traits/qualities every day.

    Guys with legit athletic builds (lean and muscular) usually don't look very imposing in their street clothes. They look fit and healthy to be sure, but certainly not "impressive" or "yoked". Sprinter Asafa Powell is a great example.
