- Prayers for 2nd Counselor Ben Phelps of the Grand Blanc Ward who defended his people like an absolute stud and took one in the abdomen from the shooter. He has a lifetime of my respect and lays in critical condition still. Similarly, respect for 1st counselor Hougaboom.
- Pastor Marc Driscoll’s anti-mormon response to Charlie Kirk’s assassination is the same disgusting, dehumanizing rhetoric that Charlie Kirk himself fought, and is gross trafficking in human misery. Charlie, who loved members of our faith, would not have appreciated this.
- Even Donald Trump knows the obvious that members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, aka “Mormons”, are “Christians”… if you ever wonder how anti-mormon rhetoric could lead to violence, just read the comments from anti-mormon evangelicals, generally
