- Practice starts at 7:00. Told the guys we’d be in at 6.:00 if they want more cuts 27 guys show up. Does it get any better?
- Can’t wait for tomorrow. Year 26 coaching high school baseball. Will be the first time ever practicing on the field on day 1. Turf Rules.
- What more can I say. This team is so resilient. Love being able to spend one more week practicing and going to battle with these guys. Let’s bring a Huge Crowd to Huntington. See you Friday Redskin Nation.
- Since the POTUS is going to be in Wapakoneta on Sunday, I wonder if @realDonaldTrump would like to throw out the first pitch at Fall Baseball. Have your people get ahold of my people. And when I say my people I mean me.
- Words can’t describe the feeling of getting back to Regionals. Kids battled all day long. Hell of a job on the hill by Brady Erb and monster offensive days by Manny and Don. Great job Redskins.
- I received a text today from my Middle schoolers gym teacher. Apparently he was banging on a trash can to alert his teammate of the pitch coming during the wiffle ball game. Pretty sure no one knew what he was doing besides the teacher. I cracked up instantly.
- To say that I am pumped is an understatement. This will benefit the kids for years. Can’t wait to see the finished product.
- Wouldn’t trade this opportunity with anyone else. We’ve been there twice and it doesn’t get any easier to swallow but the way we represented our school and community makes me so proud to be your coach. Love each of you and will do anything for you.
- For the 3rd time in school history your Wapakoneta Redskin baseball team is in the Final Four. 6-5 win over Toledo St Francis Desales. Words can not express how much joy and happiness I have for this team. They truly play for the WAPAK on their jersey and the guy beside them.

- I have seen it all now. Just looking through posts and see where we have local NW Ohio parents drinking the Kool Aid about their 8-9 yr old kids being All Americans in baseball. Please be advised it’s a money maker.
- Here is the final version of our turf field. We were able to make some changes and I think it looks great. If you would still like to donate please contact me and I will send you a form. Every little bit helps. They are scheduled to begin late August early September. Can’t wait!
- While I love baseball, it is absolutely insane to play our opener in 34 degree weather with 15-20 mph wind. Need to take care of players first. This has nothing to do with being tough. It’s about being smart. Haha
- WOW and THANKS is all I have to say. The field looks amazing. Can’t wait to get out on it. Weather may be good enough this week if we get the OK. Take a look at it. Waiting to get some drone pics if anyone knows anyone.
