This new series - Off the Canvas - is the best thing I've ever worked on Crolla now, with George Groves & Josh Taylor to follow Hopefully more legends will want to tell their stories & remind the new generation of fighters & fans why they're our heroes

Dubois didn't even celebrate. From the second he won & AJ was helped back to his corner, all he wanted to do was check on him. Kieran Farrell & Don Charles tried to celebrate with him & he bounced them away. He politely waited around the huddle in AJs corner to touch gloves

The things this fella has done behind the scenes are unreal. Never does it for attention, always trying to look out for good people. British boxing will be a lesser place without him.

A Don King weigh-in is currently half hour late because there is no Don King and no scales.

This is why @BarryJonesBox remains one of the most popular, maverick & highly paid pundits in boxing. The moment he feels he's not getting enough attention & is being used as little more than a human mic stand, he palms it off & gets down the disco. Soup herb.

Easy to say now but I always knew he was capable of this sort of caper. Just needed the right club to have the bottle to give him a shot. How sublime it was this one, 40 years on from making him first AP. Now, in the words of the Virgin Mary: "I'm going down the pub for a week"

I spent a good eight years bigging Lawrence Okolie up, pushing his story and potential and fights. Then he banned me and my paper from interviewing him. I rolled with the punch. But I would much prefer it if we were banned from watching his fights.

Matchroom completed a superb week of tributes for Ron Lewis last night. The big man would have been excited by Bowen, worried for Yafai & gutted for Wood - also quietly seething that my ringside sweets contained gluten. He would have raced home to his family on 7:24am train too

Ellis Zorro earning life-changing money for his daughter is the story of the week. Whether in Saudi Arabia or Shempton Mallet, in oil-soaked Riyals or copper coins, his bravery has changed her life. That's why boxing - despite all of it's many sins - remains the absolute guvnor
Ellis Zorro shows his first professional belt to his 6-Year-Old daughter Cali after his dramatic KO win last night ❤️

Asked Eddie why bother with VADA testing if the findings are going to be ignored: "We do VADA testing for almost every fight. Conor wanted it, Eubank Jr wanted it. They both signed up for it. Everyone knows they are being tested." None the wiser.

Imagine being of the 163 Dons that braved it tonight. On this run of league form, onnthe back of Burton, in this temperature, after miserable day at work, with a marathon to get home after. Imagine the fucking unbridled joy they could feel

Sissy slut jack hammered by BBC.. Now you do not jack hammer a sissy, slutty or otherwise, for loving BBC. If anything they should be rewarded. They should be equal
