    D2 assistant pay was 5k a year, while being a part time stylist at Nordstrom to Becoming a Dobo for a year being fired to being rehired as an assistant now Recruiting Coordinator 🙏🏾! It wasn’t easy but WORTH IT !

    On our recruiting board we use a BLUE marker for recruits we offered/ are highly interested in & we use RED when one of those recruits commit! Today we get to use our RED marker 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
