- Terry Hall suffered with depression from an early age, he was prescribed Valium as a child of 14 years old, he suffered all his adult life, but he managed to overcome his demons & spent his last years in a good place. A good man was lost today. He brought happiness to so many. 🙏🏻

- So proud of these lads this morning, after the loss of a close friend, they arranged a get together to talk about there feelings & help with any anxiety, all finished with a cold water swim. Studies have identified the link between cold water and stress reduction. #NeverAlone
