UPDATE - Dept. of Homeland Security tells CBS that the incident over the skies of SE Michigan (and elsewhere in the Midwest) around 8:08 p.m. was a "fireball #meteor." No indication of any damage on the ground. Steady stream of traffic tipster calls for the past hour. Whew!
