Here are some more tips on how to tell if you're an employee or an independent contractor:If you are a salaried worker (instead of being paid hourly) you may assume you aren’t eligible for overtime pay. A LOT of salaried workers are being cheated out of overtime by being misclassified. How can you tell? 1/
