🇵🇰 We are gravely concerned at proposed amendments to the Criminal Laws (Amendment) Bill 2021, including clauses that harshly penalize relatives for reporting alleged cases of #enforceddisappearances. We call for an open discussion of the Bill, with relatives and civil society.

Our 128th session started in Geneva this morning. During the next 8 working days we will meet with victims, States, and CSOs. We will also hold our annual meeting with the Committee on #enforceddisappearances & hold a public event on the 30th anniversary of the Declaration.
