We have received close to 30,000 rebooking requests since Rex announced the suspension of 737 jet operations. Anyone booked on a cancelled Rex flight in the next 48 hours should call us on 13 67 89. Otherwise, please submit a rebooking request on the Virgin Australia website

In response to Rex announcing the immediate suspension of its 737 jet operations, Virgin Australia will support impacted Rex customers with rebooking on an equivalent Virgin Australia service free of charge. All requests for rebooking need to be made by 14 August 2024. Rex
