    #CircaSportsMillion II champion Dakota Reed (aka DSR90-1) was born and raised in #vegas and is a 30-year-old cook who lost his job due to the COVID-19 pandemic; he won the $1 million first-place prize by topping a field of 3,148 that paid $1,000 per entry @CircaSports @VSiNLive

    The Iowa St.-Oklahoma & Creighton-Villanova endings (let's not forget Rams-Saints debacle) also shows how laughable it was for the NCAA & pro sports leagues to attempt to charge sports books an "integrity fee" when they can't even have their games officiated competently @VSiNLive

    Congrats to Justify for winning #kyderby & especially his jockey, Mike Smith, who gave a pair of goggles to my son Maddux at Santa Anita. We didn’t ask for them and he didn’t know me from Adam, but he just saw a chance to make a kid happy (and maybe a #horseracing fan) @VSiNLive

    But the bigger betting story was St. Louis fan Scott Berry, who bet $400 on the Blues at 250-1 to win the #StanleyCup in January when they had the worst record in the #NHL; he famously didn't hedge and wins $100,000 in a worst-to-first story for the ages @VSiNLive @beatingthebook

    It's 2:32 a.m., so I guess I'm officially 54 years old (though technically that happened 2 hours ago as I was born in the Central TIme Zone); I'm grateful for a loving family and all the readers & friends I've gained over the years; all I want for my birthday is a football season
